Showroom
Our website is a great place to get started when deciding on items and colors for your event. However, we understand that event planning is FUN and sometimes people prefer to see items in person. We offer a private showroom and encourage everyone planning an event to come see us! Whether you are setting up the sample table for your wedding party or have a large committee that needs to make decisions as a whole, our showroom and staff are here to help you make your final decisions.
Reliable 24-hour Staff
When you work with Verve Events & Tents you can be sure that your items will be delivered on time, clean and well-prepared. We can accommodate delivery and pickup schedules 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our staff is also available to assist with setup and takedown of tables, chairs, umbrellas, etc. with advance arrangements. Should you have an after-hours event emergency, we have a 24-hour service to make sure your event appears flawless to your guests.

VERVE History and Family Brand
We are celebrating 48 years serving Northern Arizona!
Verde Valley Rentals began in 1976 as a small equipment rental store located at 1421 East Birch St in Cottonwood. Ross & MaryAnn Willoughby purchased the store in 1979 and promptly expanded to a new building at 403 South 6th St. The business was primarily construction equipment, homeowner tools, and automotive equipment. Into the late 1980s and 1990s VVR grew with the booming event industry. We continued to expand our inventory, acquiring items at the forefront of industry trends. The 6th St location went through many transformations, all the while aiming to house the ever-growing inventory. Adding loft spaces, containers outdoors, and off site storage – 403 South 6th St was bursting at the seams!
In 2009, we moved all of the Special Event equipment to a new location on Airpark Way. By expanding into the new 9,500 square foot warehouse, we are able to focus far more effectively on our two distinct customer types. Contractor and homeowner needs are focused on at the 6th St location, while all Special Event needs are met at 740 Airpark Way.
These transformation lead to changing the name of the event location to Verve Events & Tents. We feel that with the increased territory reached with special event rentals, we needed a name that no longer limits our reach to the Verde Valley. The word Verve (while acknowledging our mother company’s name) means enthusiasm and vigor and we think perfectly matches the way we approach all of our events!
